The Prius Rhythm Turn (shown with top cover removed) offers continuous Lateral Rotation Therapy for pressure prevention therapy, treatment of Stage 1, 2, 3 and 4 pressure ulcers, and to help fight secretions and other bodily fluids during treatment related to immobility. Rhythm Turn PHR-RHYT36 (36"W), PHR-RHYT42 (42"W) and PHR-RHYT48 (48"W) x 80"L x 10"H models are designed for patients who are on a turn schedule and considered medium to high risk of developing pressure sores. Rotation therapy provides customize turning from 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 turns to Full turns, and left or right directions. True Low Air Loss optimizes air circulation across the mattress surface to help keep the mattress free of humidity build up and reduces the surface temperature. Customizable Turn Cycle Times from 3 to 95-minutes, as well as 10 Customizable Comfort Settings provide unique levels of comfort depending on the patient’s therapy required. This is the perfect mattress system or patients and caregivers when turn schedules are required to meet the patient's care needs.

The Rhythm Turn additionally features Inflatable Built-In Side Bolsters to help re-center the user between turns, and can deflated to aid with entering and exiting the mattress. A convenient Cable Management System on the bottom cover helps keep cords out of the way and free of tripping hazards. Prius Rhythm Turn mattresses offer weight capacities of 450 lbs (PHR-RHYT36), 650 lbs. (PHR-RHYT42), and 850 lbs. (PHR-RHYT48).
