Protekt Supreme Support Self-Adjusting Air / Foam Mattresses
The Protekt Supreme Support Self-Adjusting Air / Foam Mattress is an excellent pressure redistribution mattress that vastly increases the breathability when compared to traditional foam mattresses. A series of 10 interconnected air cells and pressure valves continually and automatically equalize pressure in response to patient movement and position changes. Protekt's Equalization Technology automatically redistributes weight to relieve pressure. The top layer of Visco Gel memory foam provides rapid heat dissipation to help keep the mattress cool and reduce humidity. The Sloped Heel section reduces pressure to the vulnerable heel section and lower legs. Mattress available in 35", 42", 48" and 54" widths by 80" length. Heights are 6" for the 35"W model, and 7" for all others.
Optional Alternating Pressure Pump easily upgrades the Protekt Supreme Support mattress to a dynamic powered air mattress to customize the surface, making the system even more comfortable and productive with treating and helping prevent pressure sores. Model numbers add a "P" designation when the AP pump is included. *The Protekt 3000 Pump (item# 80032) can be purchased separately if ordering at a later date.
