Protekt Aire 5000DX Alternating Pressure Low Air Loss Mattress System - 36" x 80"
Protekt Aire 5000DX is the first defense to treat stage I to IV pressure ulcers. The high-volume, user-friendly pump combines low air loss and alternating pressure in one unit. Air flow and pressure range can be customized according to an individual's weight. Static mode provides firm support for easy user transfer. Comprised of twenty 5" air bladders layered over a 3" foam base to provide patient support in the event of a power outage. The Aire 5000DX mattress allows for deep immersion and provides excellent pressure redistribution. Quilted top cover provides added comfort. Optional raised rail prevents user from being trapped between mattress and side rails.

- 20 Individual Air Bladders — 18 with laser air holes to keep the mattress surface cooler and reduce humidity
- Static Head Section prevents unnecessary head/neck movement
- Power Outage Support is provided by a 3" foam base under the deflated air cells to support the user in the event of power failure
- Auto Compressor Sleep Technology (ACST) feature in the digital pump shuts off compressor at desired pressure level extending the pump's life cycle
- Zippered Nylon Cover is removable, water resistant, non-shear, anti-microbial and has a non-skid bottom
- CPR Rapid Deflate to quickly deflate the mattress to perform CPR during emergency situations
- Adjustable Comfort Settings allow pressure to be customized
- Audio/visual Alarms indicate when the pump's air flow many be compromised (alarm can be muted)
- Static Function for safe and easy patient transfer
- Optional Raised Side Rail to prevent user from being trapped between mattress and side rails
- Optional Portable Outlet Ups PO-160UPSv2 designed to provide backup power for electronic devices during power outages.
