The serial number for your bed will need to be provided so that the correct mounting hardware is provided for your bed. Beds are often updated over time which means parts can sometimes vary by the date of your bed. By providing your bed's serial number, we will be able to correctly match the exact replacement part even if you may have accidentally ordered the wrong item. Your Big Boyz Bed serial number will be found at the foot end of the bed between the metal frame and footboard. You can see the sticker by looking from underneath the bed at the foot end frame, or by lifting the footboard up to view the bed frame. Serial numbers begin with either begin with a CV or L followed by four numbers, or simply the four numbers exclusively depending on your model.
