At New Leaf Home Medical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn merchandise with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account portal or enter your order number on our returns page to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
