Protekt Dash Stand Assist Transfer w/ Expandable Base
The Protekt Dash Stand Assist Patient Lift is a non-powered stand assist lifting device. With the assistance of a caregiver, patients actively participate in the raising and lowering process by using their arms to pull themselves up (or ease themselves down) and push up with their legs from a seated position (or reverse when sitting). The Protekt Dash 32500 model features an Adjustable Base that offers the advantage of fitting around seating like recliners and wheelchairs as wide as 28" when a minimum furniture clearance of 5" is not available. The Dash's maximum exterior base width of 27.7" (closed) makes it highly maneuverable around the home, and capable of navigating bathrooms, going down hallways, and clearing most doorways. The Dash is a fantastic transport option for those trying to move towards independent standing after suffering an injury or surgery.
IMPORTANT: Stand assist lifts are designed for transport assistance of individuals approximately 5' 1" to 6' 6" in height. *Patients using the Dash product should have the arm strength to pull themselves forward, and the leg strength to support their own weight while the caregiver positions the swing down seat pads into place.
