PressureGuard Easy Air True Low Air Loss Therapy Mattress w/ Alternating Pressure — 35" to 42"W

PressureGuard Easy Air True Low Air Loss Therapy Mattress w/ Alternating Pressure — 35" to 42"W

The PressureGaurd Easy Air Alternating Pressure Mattress is independently documented to outperform every leading low air loss system. This mattress is unique for its ability to control maceration by removing excess moisture using Span-America's exclusive "Air Diffusion Matrix." This ensures a constant flow of air beneath the patient to help treat and prevent stage 1-4 pressure injuries. The alternating pressure is preset with a 15 minute cycle, and gently redistributes pressure across the surface to equalize pressure on the users body. The Float Mode provides active floatation/pulsation therapy. This is a gentle pulse stimulation action to promote capillary blood flow to the skin. Featuring a Heel Slope design to further reduce heel pressure, along with head to foot air cylinders for better pressure reductions.

The pump has simple controls while still delivering maximum performance. Auto Firm is timed at 30 mins for added stability during transfers and nursing procedures. The PressureGuard mattress's "Safety Edge" is a two-part bolster system surrounding mattress air tubes on both sides, and at the foot of the mattress. When the user rolls towards or sits on the edge of the mattress the inner two parts bend in toward the center making the edge resist collapsing to make transfers safer. The mattress is simple to set up, quiet, and has an efficient control unit. Easy Air won't lose inflation in a power outage. The underlying air cylinders that supply the main support are not perforated. In the event of a power failure, the cylinders will remain inflated at a therapeutic level for literally days or weeks. Available in sizes: 35"W x 80"L (L8035); 35"W x 84"L (L8435-29); 39"W x 80"L (L8039-29); 42"W x 80"L (6470029); and 42"W, x 84"L (81300).
