Important: You must first call the NewLeaf customer service team at 888-739-4330 to set up a warranty repair of your oxygen concentrator prior to adding this Warranty Repair Service option to your Cart. A Repair Authorization will need to be generated on your behalf before this item can be selected.
Warranty repair/service shipping costs to and from the Invacare service center are the responsibility of the machine owner as of November 1, 2019. The total $38.00 charge for this item# INV_WARRANTY_SHIP *We recommend that you remove your existing filters and save them for later use if they are still in good condition. Please note that the shipping of your unit to the Invacare service center will need to be coordinated by you directly—we recommend using UPS or FedEx.
These will be your only costs unless Invacare's review determines that the issue you are experiencing is not covered under Invacare's Manufacturer Warranty. In the event that your repair needs are not covered, you will be presented with a Repair Quote, and you will have the option to: Approve the repair and have the unit returned to you; Decline the repair and have the unit returned to you "as is"; or have Invacare Recycle/Dispose of the unit on your behalf (your prepaid return shipping cost will be applied to this option).
